Patient portal in your patient’s pocket
Mobile App Patients is part of our Enovation Funatic product.
A mobile app for patients is more than a tool for viewing electronic patient records. It’s about properly preparing the patient for what’s coming, assisting them before, during, and after their treatment and engaging them in their entire healthcare pathway.
The patient can use the mobile app on their smartphone or tablet to view, for example, their scheduled appointments with a specific physician and department, what they need to bring and what information is useful to read or review.
The app also makes it easy to change or cancel appointments, provide personal healthcare pathways and complete digital questionnaires. The patient can also ask the physician questions and receive notifications when new information is available.
The patient can access all the important health information, such as their personal health records, in one convenient place.
Both patients and healthcare professionals are better prepared for hospital appointments by completing questionnaires prior to the consultation.
All scheduled appointments are easily found in the online calendar.
Patients can easily ask questions and share their concerns in the live chat.
Offers more support and personal contact with real-time interaction using video calls.
Access to all medical information of your care pathway means fewer hospital visits for a consultation.
